About CBAI

Mission

We think that reducing risks from advanced AI systems is one of the most important and interesting problems of our time. CBAI places a heavy emphasis on educational programs, as we believe that students and early-career professionals can quickly start doing valuable research to mitigate these risks. We also facilitate, conduct, and communicate research that furthers our mission, directing research findings primarily at academia and policymakers of all political affiliations.
